We provide you with a separate full-access account to our ERP system Odoo where you can monitor all the data and financial performance in real-time, e.g. all the bookings, expenses, all underlying records, PnL and financial reports. You can access our ERP system via web-interface or an app from any of your devices at any time.
We guarantee a minimum of 25 trips per month, ensuring consistent revenue generation for you via PT Day Trip Bali, our boat tour and charter main business, the Bali's largest boat and yachts tour operator.
We settle the proceeds from the profit-sharing to your account on a monthly basis and provide you with a monthly Profit and Loss statement as well as full online access to our ERP system Odoo.
We handle all aspects of boat maintenance, crew, legal compliance, paperwork, and accounting, providing you with a truly passive investment experience. Marketing and administrative expenses are not included into operating profits and are carries solely by PT Day Trip Bali. We also handle registration of legal entity for your and registering the boat onto the name of this company.
We have a proven track record with over 6 years of experience on managing boats on a Bali's market. Currently we have four boats under the full vessel management agreement and five boats under profit-sharing agreement with an actual ROI ranging between 60% and 90% per annum.
